Individuals and teams in such projects usually recognise their common aims, but frequently experience conflicts in their priorities and ways of working. Such conflict hinders project delivery and can increase the chances of mistakes as communication breaks down.
I am experienced in negotiating between and managing different teams working together to deliver large projects and programmes. This project and programme management experience, coupled with my training in NLP, language patterns and Transactional Analysis, enables me to identify where the tension and conflicts lie – whether in actual organisational/project structure or within communication differences between individuals and teams.

Getting You There provides stress management workshops and conflict resolution services for businesses in the Midlands to enable them to optimise both the well-being and productivity of their employees and so improve business performance. Conflict management is an important part of any management strategy and can reduce the significant losses often caused by differences between individuals' or teams' priorities within a project or programme.
Working with the people involved and listening to the descriptions of the conflict, I will produce a report which will identify the origins of the conflict and steps needed to bring about its resolution. I can also, if necessary, work with you to implement these.
