One-to-one stress management sessions
I work with individuals to:
• understand the difference between healthy pressure and unhealthy stress
• identify the stressors in their lives and recognise their unique reactions to them
• recognise the physical and psychological signs of stress and understand the impact of stress on health
• develop effective stress management techniques to deal with stress in a healthy way
• empower them to manage their stress effectively and so remain healthy and effective.
