Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma -- Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis
Practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming --Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis and the UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences
Certificate in Stress Management -- Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis
Certificate in Life Coaching Skills -- (a qualification designed by Fiona Harrold, one of Britain’s top coaches) -- Newcastle College. I have also trained as a coach with Curly Martin, one of the UK’s foremost coaches and author of internationally renown books on life and business coaching
Transactional Analysis Foundation Certificate (TA 101) - This provides a good understanding of personality and some of the reasons for why individuals behave as they do. Transactional Analysis provides insight into why people repeat their mistakes and provides ways in which negative patterns can be changed. I was trained by two of the leading lights of TA -- Ian Stewart and Adrienne Lee at The Berne Institute.
