About me
I have worked in both small and national organisations and have experience as a senior manager in the public sector. I have previously worked in the voluntary sector and in education. I am a qualified teacher and have taught and trained young people and adults.
My training and experience have given me valuable communication skills, an understanding of the importance of effective stress management and the ability to work alongside people of vastly differing backgrounds.
I am a hypnotherapist trained in stress management, coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and transactional analysis.
I draw on my knowledge and skills in these areas when working with clients. I offer coaching and courses in stress management and conflict resolution to individuals and to businesses.
I have extensive experience and training in people and project management and hold a Masters degree in Education Leadership and Management.
